What we do

One job, done properly

We assess the shared parts of rented buildings and give you a written record you can act on. That is the whole service — we do not sell alarms, doors or remedial work.

01
Communal areas only
Halls, stairs, landings, entrances, plant and store cupboards — the parts of the building the Fire Safety Order makes the responsible person accountable for.
02
PAS 79 methodology
We follow the British Standards Institution publicly available specification for fire risk assessment, so the structure of every assessment is consistent and defensible.
03
A written, prioritised record
Significant findings, an overall risk rating, a prioritised action plan and a suggested review date — the document you produce on request.
04
No remedial upselling
We are not quoting for the work we recommend, so the findings are not shaped by what we would like to sell you afterwards.
Ready when you are
