How we handle customer reviews, and why we do not edit them.
Reviews are only worth anything if they are real. These are the rules we follow.
We only publish reviews from people we have actually carried out work for. We do not buy reviews, incentivise them, or write them ourselves, and we do not ask anyone else to write them on a customer’s behalf.
We do not screen out negative reviews or ask for them to be removed because they are unflattering. A page of nothing but five stars tells a reader very little.
If we ask for a review it is after the report has been delivered, once you have seen the work. There is no discount, entry or reward for leaving one, and no penalty for declining.
We aim to respond to critical reviews publicly and briefly, and to take the detail to email. We will not argue with a customer in public or disclose anything about your property in a reply.
We will ask a platform to remove a review only where it is not from a genuine customer, identifies someone, or contains something unlawful. Never simply because it is negative.
You can ask us to remove a review you left, at any time, for any reason. Email info@landlordsfireriskassessment.co.uk.
If a review reflects a real problem, it is handled under our Complaints Policy.
Email us and we will come back to you.
